Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Padellos account directly in the Android or iOS app. No support request is required.

Steps in the app

  1. Open Padellos and sign in.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Select Account & data.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Confirm with Yes, delete permanently.

What is deleted

The live service immediately deletes your login account, email address, profile, photo, saved location, availability, matches you created, match participation, chats, play requests, discover interactions, feedback, reports, blocks, and push tokens. This deletion is irreversible.

Backup retention

Encrypted disaster-recovery backups are not used as an active user database. They expire automatically under the rolling backup policy within a maximum of six months and are then permanently removed.

Konto in der App löschen

Padellos öffnen → Profil → Konto & Daten → Konto löschen → Ja, endgültig löschen. Das Konto und die zugehörigen Daten werden sofort und unwiderruflich aus dem Live-System entfernt. Verschlüsselte Sicherungen laufen innerhalb von maximal sechs Monaten automatisch aus.
